7/18 - 7/21 and 7/25 - 7/28 Full Band Camp 12 PM - 9 PM
Before your student attends the first day of band camp, one of our volunteers will need to meet with you and make sure all of your paperwork is in order. This includes physical forms, signing up to volunteer at events and more! You must come with your student to do this.
There are two times that you can register for band camp: Sunday July 17th from 2 - 6 PM and Monday, July 18th between 10:30 AM and noon. You must come to one of these two events but if there is some reason that neither of those work, please email Mr. Everhart. firstname.lastname@example.org
There are two systems that you must register with in order to participate in band: CHARMS and DragonFly Max.
Students must be registered in DragonFly Max to upload physical and waiver forms. Go to the link below and register for an account. When it asks you what sport you are playing, select "Band".
The correct physical form can be found on Athletics website s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/sportshub2-uploads-prod/files/sites/331/2019/04/26170809/Physical-Form.pdf
If you need to get a physical, the Piedmont Urgent Care across the street from Holcomb Bridge MS offers physicals every day for an affordable price.
Band registration, payments and other information is done in CHARMS. There's a link to CHARMS from the top of this page. Log in with your student ID. If you have trouble getting logged in, please email email@example.com
Payment for fees can also be made via check made out to "CHS Band".
If you have financial concerns, please email Mr. Everhart (firstname.lastname@example.org)
On July 17th, there will be a volunteer booster work day at the band room from 2 PM to 6 PM where we will organize equipment, sort uniforms, build props and other fun / important things to get ready for the season. Meet the other parents and find out about all the really cool fun opportunities to volunteer with the band boosters throughout the year. We would love to have anyone come who would like to contribute their time.
Full Band Camp starts on July 18th at 12 PM. The band students will be learning basic marching moves as well as the formations and music for this year’s show!
Camp will be 12 PM to 9 PM on July 18, 29, 20, 21 and then again on July 25, 26, 27.
