Student Handbook
The student handbook for 2023-2024 is here and it contains a great deal of information about rules, procedures and fees.
Registration
The first step in registration is to fill out this form. Once you have registered, you will be able to pay fees, get emails from the band boosters about upcoming events, etc.
Then, before your student attends the first day of band camp, one of our volunteers will need to meet with you and make sure all of your paperwork is in order. This includes physical forms, signing up to volunteer at events and more! You must come with your student to do this.
There are two times that you can register for band camp: Sunday July 16th from 2 - 6 PM and Monday, July 17th between 09:30 AM and noon. You must come to one of these two events but if there is some reason that neither of those work, please email Mr. Everhart. everhartm@fultonschools.org
Paperwork
There are two systems that you must register with in order to participate in band: CHARMS and DragonFly Max.
Students must be registered in DragonFly Max to upload physical and waiver forms. Go to the link below and register for an account. When it asks you what sport you are playing, select "Band".

If you need to get a physical, the Piedmont Urgent Care across the street from Holcomb Bridge MS offers physicals every day for an affordable price.
